All our neons are cosmetic grade and oil Soluble and water dispersible with the addition of a surfactant

Suitable: 

MP- When mixed with Glycerin OR use our TMK Liquid Colours instead

CP and HP-YES can cause bleeding and can morph so be sure to test

Oil Based Products-YES

Water Based products-NO

Bath Bombs-YES but always use Polysorbate 80 and preferably also SLSA in your mix to avoid risk of colour transfer onto surfaces like with all colourants.
